Document Monitored Visitation Centers - What Are They? - Several regions of West Virginia have 'monitored visitation centers.' These are places where separated parents can exchange children for visitation, with safety and a good environment. Learn more with this short overview, and a listing of centers currently available in WV.

Document Parenting Plan forms - In any case involving parenting time with children, both parties will need to file their proposed "Parenting Plan." The necessary forms are posted on the web site of the WV Supreme Court. You will need the Propsed Parenting Plan Instructions (4 pages); the Proposed Parenting Plan form (12 pages); the Parenting Plan Worksheet (4 pages); and the Motion to Adopt Proposed Parenting Plan (1 page).
