Grandparent Visitation in WV
- West Virginia law protects a grandparent's right to visit with a grandchild in some situations. At the same time West Virginia law also protects the parent-child relationship from interference by grandparents. This article will help you understand the considerations.

Parenting Plan forms
- In any case involving parenting time with children, both parties will need to file their proposed "Parenting Plan." The necessary forms are posted on the web site of the WV Supreme Court. You will need the Propsed Parenting Plan Instructions (4 pages); the Proposed Parenting Plan form (12 pages); the Parenting Plan Worksheet (4 pages); and the Motion to Adopt Proposed Parenting Plan (1 page).
