"WV Law Help" - Do Your Own Family Court papers on line

Legal Aid of West Virginia has created "WV Law Help," an on-line automated system for creating court papers for Family Court.  It's available on our web site. 

All you need to do is answer questions on the screen.  At the end of the process, you can print out a court document ready for filing! 

Instructions for steps you need to take with your documents, and to handle your own case, are included for your guidance.

Forms provided for divorce, custody, modification, Parenting Plan, and Financial Disclosure statement.
