DHHR "InRoads" web site to Apply for Expanded Medicaid - It's Working!
West Virginia's Own On-Line Site to Apply for Expanded Medicaid. You can apply for Expanded Medicaid through the DHHR special application web site "West Virginia InRoads."
As of late December almost 12,000 West Virginians had enrolled in Expanded Medicaid by using the wvrinroads.org DHHR web site.
The DHHR application site is NOT the federal "Marketplace." The DHHR site is working fine, and wasn't having the problems that we heard about with the federal Marketplace.
