Confidentiality

Anyone can call and make a complaint or a report about conditions in a long-term care facility. You do not have to identify yourself. Or, you may choose to identify yourself to the ombudsman but ask to remain anonymous. We will not share your identity with anyone unless we are ordered by a court to do so.
