Before You Call

We can help with legal problems you encounter when you begin to grow your business or nonprofit, but we can’t do the legwork needed to develop your idea. Before picking up the phone, you should have a solid plan in place.

As soon as you complete these foundational steps, you can reach out to us to proceed:

  •       Research your business or nonprofit area of interest
  •       Write business plan, with steps to implement your mission statement
  •       Identify funding
  •       Develop preliminary budgets

We developed a checklist for nonprofits looking for assistance. Please complete it and have it ready for when you call to start working with the CEDLAW staff in your area! You can find it HERE .
