What To Expect During Your Call

Tips for ensuring you get the most from your call to the Application Line.

Apply by Phone

To determine whether we can help you, we must screen you for eligibility. During this brief conversation, a member of our Intake team will gather demographic information, including household size, income and asset information, will conduct a required check for conflicts of interest, and get a brief description of your problem.

NOTICE: Legal Aid is still here to help, but our intake hours have changed during the Governor's Safer At Home Order. During this time, the Application Line will be open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
